HTML Help (CHM) Help Compiler

Most help authoring tools use the HHC.exe compiler to create the resulting .CHM help file from the source help project. HHC.exe is a part of the Microsoft HTML Help Workshop package that you can download and link with the CHM creation or help authoring tool that you are using.
